A majority of the parking lot at Baybrook Mall remains free to shoppers, with a small portion designated as Preferred Paid Parking. Preferred Paid Parking is managed through 12 Oaks. For information on parking rates, please visit https://12oaksparking.com/brookfield/. Preferred paid parking is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Purchase a Preferred Paid Parking space at Baybrook Mall today and 10% of Baybrook Mall’s net proceeds from your parking payment (excludes taxes, platform fees, and fees retained by the parking operator) will be donated to Three Little Pitties Rescue on behalf of Baybrook Mall.
