Each day, thousands of children in Houston wait for a family and a place to call home. Heart Gallery is an exhibit to help find forever homes for those children in foster care, an outreach initiative that can be found throughout the nation, directly addressing those children who historically only have a 1% chance of being adopted before aging out of the system.
